Kristian Nordheim possesses vast expertise in general business law, general contract law, expropriation law, company law, and ICT contracts.

His experience includes advising public and private clients on large development projects, negotiations, dispute resolution, and land acquisition.

Kristian is a graduate of the University of Oslo's Cand. Jur. program and has served as chairman of the board of Kvidul since June 2021.

Between 1988 and 2017, Geir J. Kaasen held positions as a Research Analyst and Partner in Corporate Finance in investment banking.

Since 2017, he has been a private investor and independent financial advisor for several start-up companies through his company, Eurovest AS.

Geir holds a Master of Business Administration with a Master of General Business / Finance from the BI Norwegian Business School and has been a member of the Kvidul board of directors since June 2021.

Kåre J. Ringseth has a wealth of experience as a general contractor, primarily in Trøndelag and on various projects nationwide. He is "self-made" and has demonstrated a particular aptitude for thriving in a competitive construction market.

Kåre is the largest shareholder of Kvidul AS and has been a member of its board of directors since June 2021.
