Stein Roger Dalheim
Stein Roger has 40 years of experience in the construction industry, particularly in finance, economics, purchasing, logistics, contract, sales, and marketing. He has an extensive background as a manager and business manager.
With over four decades of experience in Trondheim, he has cultivated an extensive network of contacts in business, banking and finance, universities, and the research community. His education in business is from Molde University College.
Stein Roger is one of the founding members of Kvidul and has been involved since 2017.

Idar A Iversen
Idar has 45 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, both nationally and internationally, primarily in business development and management of several drilling companies – and from 1988 to 2017 as CEO.
Idar completed machine studies at the College of Engineering in Trondheim. At the University of Stavanger, he studied oil and gas with focus on drilling/drilling fluid (RAS technology). He is a certified driller and drilling manager from Stavanger Offshore Technical College (SOTS).
Idar is one of the cofounders of Kvidul and has been involved since 2017.

Øyvind Øksnes Dalheim
Øyvind holds a master's degree from NTNU in marine hydrodynamics. Øyvind worked as a researcher and research fellow from 2015 to 2021 in a collaboration between NTNU and several industry partners.
